Desired Skills: • Previous leadership experience • Experience/understanding of managing budgets • Demonstrated proficient knowledge of computer systems, office applications and warehouse management systems • Demonstrated ability to work independently and make effective decisions • Working knowledge of Apriso Warehouse Management • Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control Manufacturing operations experience • Experience and understanding of establishing performance metrics commensurate with role • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience • Experience in production, logistics, supply chain, or inventory control • Experience with SAP or an MRP equivalent • Demonstrated ability and experience communicating with peers, leadership, and internal customers effectively on multiple platforms (face-to-face, virtually, email, Teams, etc.) • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance and must have a Interim Secret clearance prior to starting.
