The technician performs preventive maintenance, responds to equipment issues, supports capital equipment projects, and implements practical improvements that reduce downtime and improve manufacturing performance. Education, Experience & Special Requirements: Associate degree or technical certification (preferred NOT required) in industrial maintenance, mechanical technology, manufacturing technology, mechatronics, electrical technology, or a related field preferred.
