The DD/SFH plans, defends, and executes a multi-million-dollar annual budget through the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process; adjusts objectives, work plans, schedules, and resource allocations as needed; and exercises sound judgment in managing Source enterprise-level contracts supporting maritime SoN requirements. As a member of the Source executive leadership team, the DD/SFH contributes to enterprise modernization efforts aligned to agency, component, and group-level Strategic Objectives, including data sharing and integration, collection, workforce development, and dissemination across the Source enterprise, supporting a modern, outcome-driven organization.
