The position serves as the primary Duly representative at community events and is accountable for creating meaningful face-to-face engagement with prospective patients and families, generating qualified leads, converting event interactions into scheduled appointments, and nurturing leads through the CRM to drive completed patient appointments. The role owns the day-to-day execution of assigned community events, including event coordination, provider and staff communication, marketing materials, equipment, transportation, setup, onsite engagement, lead capture, appointment scheduling, and post-event follow-up.
