Associates will work closely with the team's 26 junior and senior professionals (currently comprised of 8 MDs, 3 Directors, 3 VPs, 4 Associates and 8 Analysts) preparing, analyzing, and executing M&A, equity and debt capital raising transactions globally, with clients who participate in one of the fastest growing segments of the technology landscape (data centers and adjacent services, fiber and broadband). Supporting junior and senior team members in developing new business ideas, pitch strategies, or transaction structuring scenarios (inclusive of equity, debt and/or M&A) to help the firm's corporate and sponsor clients achieve their financial and strategic objectives.
