Duties: Daily monitoring and review of patient admissions, incidents, and change of condition for process completion, appropriate treatment and/or interventions, updating of care plans, and educating staff on changes of condition and interventions Assist Director of Nursing will review current nursing practices and policy and assist with implementation Participates in Performance Improvement and assist with audits related to patient events, incidents, or practice deficiencies Resolve pending issues from the previous shift Compliance Audit Related to Infection Control, e.g., glucometer, refrigerator, sharps containers,hand washing and flu campaign. Operating acute care hospitals, behavioral health facilities, outpatient facilities and ambulatory care access points, an insurance offering, a physician network and various related services located all over the U.S., Puerto Rico and the United Kingdom.
