Normally requires a Bachelor's degree in business or related area or the equivalent thereof, and 6 years or more of business related work experience to demonstrate knowledge of and the ability to supervise employees, generate profitable sales, build a repeat customer base, and gain market share with service related work experience to demonstrate knowledge to effectively manage the service, projects, and personnel. Under the direction of the Energy Sales & Marketing Manager, the Energy Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cooperative's energy division, including fuel sales, delivery logistics, petroleum service operations, inventory control, billing systems, driver supervision, customer service, safety compliance, and operational efficiency initiatives.
