They manage personnel by evaluating employee performance, conducting plans, appraisals, and evaluations, organizing and resolving conflict, issuing disciplinary actions, maintaining appropriate documentation, starting the hiring process, interviewing applicants, and recommending for hire, promotion, or transfer, and providing orientation and training for employees utilizing established training and assessment tools. This position monitors cost of goods for price increases, verifies invoices for accuracy, and authorizes food and paper goods expenditures, and prepares budget documents (reports, invoices, and receiving reports) and submits these to administration for approval.
