This role operates within Corporate Trust's Default & Restructuring Group and administers complex bankruptcies, restructurings, litigation, depositions and other distressed trustee relationships in the Conventional Product division supporting multiple product groups including Corporate Debt, Municipal Conduit, Housing and Paying Agent products, and Agency & Lease products. Partners with internal and external counsel, clients, and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate legal, financial, operational, and reputational risks, maximize recoveries and indemnification protections, and ensure compliance with contractual, prudent person, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.
