This role partners cross-functionally with Renewals, Customer Success, Business Systems, BI, Salesforce, Gong, and CX leadership to develop scalable reporting, ensure data integrity, and deliver actionable performance insights. The Senior Financial Analyst serves as a strategic Finance business partner to the Renewals and Customer Experience (CX) organizations, driving analytics that improve renewal execution, retention planning, forecasting accuracy, and post-sales business growth.
