This teacher will design and deliver differentiated math instruction, support students with diverse learning needs, implement accommodations and modifications, collaborate with families and staff, and create a classroom environment where students feel safe, capable, and empowered to grow. Use a variety of instructional methods, including direct instruction, guided practice, small-group instruction, hands-on activities, visual supports, manipulatives, technology, project-based learning, and independent practice.
