The Director Corporate Security & Business Resilience will interact will all business areas and all levels of the organization, including senior executives and the Board of Directors when needed, to ensure that the organization's physical security, crisis response, and business continuity programs are maintaining the appropriate risk level for the organization. The Director, Corporate Security & Business Resilience provides strategic and operational leadership for Thrivent's physical security and business continuity teams, ensuring the organization is prepared to prevent, mitigate, respond to and recover from enterprise security and operational disruptions.
