Key Responsibilities: Perform maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and overhaul of turbine engines and engine accessoriesSupport Defense and Technical Operations by maintaining engines utilized at Dynamic AviationSupport PT6 engine overhaul and repair activities in accordance with approved maintenance dataExecute assigned work in accordance with daily production plans and department prioritiesWork closely with supervisors, team members, and support personnel to ensure efficient workflow and productivityAccurately document maintenance actions and assist with maintenance tracking and recordkeeping requirementsEnsure compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, manufacturer maintenance manuals, and approved proceduresMaintain a safe and secure work environment while adhering to all safety requirements and best practicesAssist in identifying maintenance issues, process improvements, and tooling needsSupport continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, efficiency, and operational performanceMaintain a high level of communication with supervisors, team members, and other departmentsMaintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and serviceable conditionComplete assigned training and maintain required qualifications and certificationsPerform other duties as assigned. Basic computer skillsAbility to: lift, balance, and carry 50 lbs, crawl in and out of tight spaces, and predominantly work in enclosed hangars, occasionally in exterior weather conditions or elevated heights.
