Shop Leadership & Autonomy: Manage daily shop workflow, perform diagnostic write-ups, coordinate repair schedules, and assume shop supervisory duties in the absence of the Supervisor/Manager. Diagnostics & Repairs: Diagnose, inspect, maintain, and repair heavy diesel, gas, and electrically operated equipment, rolling stock, and fleet vehicles.
