Education: Master's degree or further advanced degree in counseling or one of the social sciences OR Psychiatric Nurse, OR a bachelor's degree in a related field and two years' experience working with adults with dementia or other neurocognitive disorders, and exceptional long-term care needs due to a combination of medical and behavioral needs. In coordination with community agencies and professionals, provide mental health services as appropriate including: direct clinical services such as intake, assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and crisis intervention; consultation/liaison with government and community agencies, hospitals, and other programs; community education, development, coordination.
