Performs installation, adjustments, alterations, inspections, maintenance, repairs, and restorations of simple and complex chilled water systems, direct exchange systems, refrigerated systems, heating systems to include boilers/steam systems, and automated controls, utility systems, and ventilation systems to include duct work. Work involves performing installation, adjustments, alterations, inspections, maintenance, repairs, and restorations of basic units such as direct exchange units, and more complex units such as water chillers and heating systems, to include boilers/steam systems, high pressure boilers, and automated controls.
