Using AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks for modeling and clash detection, this role ensures technically sound, code-compliant, and constructible solutions while providing mentorship and technical leadership across project teams. Develop and review HVAC and mechanical system designs, including air handling units, HVAC ducting, exhaust, motor control, VAV systems, chillers, boilers, exhaust ventilation, pump hydraulics, wastewater discharge equipment and possibly other mechanical building systems.
