What you will be doing: The Leadership Coordinator develops, coordinates, and delivers public safety training related to leadership development, frontline supervision, and organizational management at DPSST and locations throughout the state of Oregon. Typically, this experience is in the area of public safety (law enforcement officers, adult and youth corrections officers, parole and probation officers, fire service professionals, telecommunicators, and emergency medical dispatchers).
