This role partners closely with Product Owners, technical leads, Business Analysts, QA, developers, operations teams, security stakeholders, and leadership to ensure work is well-scoped, properly governed, and delivered with measurable outcomes. The Program Manager serves as the primary delivery owner and relationship lead for federal stakeholders in balancing competing priorities, managing cross-team dependencies, driving delivery discipline, and ensuring commitments are met with transparency and predictability.
