This role combines functional business process knowledge, end-user support, configuration, reporting, and light-to-moderate technical capability to help ensure Business Central remains stable, effective, and aligned with business needs. This individual will partner closely with stakeholders across Sales, Purchasing, Finance, Inventory, and Warehouse Operations to troubleshoot issues, improve workflows, document requirements, support reporting needs, and coordinate system enhancements.
