This position will work closely and provide strategic legal guidance to business partners for each of Gap's purpose-led, billion-dollar lifestyle brands, Gap, Old Navy, Athleta and Banana Republic, as well as corporate functional teams including marketing, communications, procurement, technology, privacy, information security, finance, strategy, and human resources. Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of agreements related to marketing initiatives, creative services, talent services, design collaborations, consulting services, new media, customer engagement tools, consumer-facing AI experiences, and digital marketing platforms.
