Bachelor's degree in Engineering and ten (10) years of experience in mineral processing and leaching processes, including five (5) years of experience in operations roles, preferably leading teams, and three (3) years of experience working on projects or other technical initiatives involving mining and engineering companies. Disciplines include crushing, grinding, flotation, copper smelting, precious metal refining, solvent extraction, electrowinning, liquid-solid separation including thickening and filtering, tailings, materials handling, process modeling and simulation, statistical analysis, process control, sampling and assaying, and metallurgical accounting.
