Preferred Qualifications: Experience designing and deploying production AI agents or conversational AI solutions in a large enterprise environment, including experience with Salesforce, Agentforce, Einstein, Data 360, Model Context Protocol servers, and AI-assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Codex, Claude Code, Salesforce MCP Server, or comparable platforms. Performs all tasks to achieve an understanding of business change needs, assessing the impact of those changes, capturing, analyzing, documenting and managing requirements, and then supporting the communication and delivery of those requirements with relevant parties.
