Develop detailed business and functional analysis artifacts such as current state and future state process models, use cases, user stories, functional specifications, business rule catalogs, role and permission matrices, screen and field requirements, data definitions, interface requirements, reporting requirements, acceptance criteria, and requirements traceability matrices. The Business Analyst Application Design, Redesign & Modernization will be integral to large projects for EOHHS applications that support operations, investigation and incident management, quality management, and legal business units for DDS as well as business processes related to these core functions.
