ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Field & Retail Execution Schedule and execute regular dispensary visits, vendor days, and in-store activations Educate budtenders and retail staff on products, effects, and brand story Build strong relationships with store managers, buyers, and key staff Ensure proper merchandising, display setup, and POS placement Support new product launches and in-store promotions Track and report on store visits, activations, and competitive insights Events & Brand Building Coordinate and participate in events, pop-ups, and brand activationsRepresent Cirona Labs and its brands with energy, professionalism, and authenticityDrive consumer engagement and trial Content Creation & Social Support (Core to Role) Capture high-quality photo and video content during store visits, events, and activations Create short-form video content that reflects brand voice Collaborate with the marketing team to support social campaigns and product drops Submit consistent content for use across brand channels Act as a "local lens" for NYC culture, trends, and community moments Reporting & Feedback Submit daily/weekly recaps, including:Store visits Event summaries Photos/videos captured Market and competitor insights Provide feedback on product performance, messaging, and opportunities MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES) Experience Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador, Budtender, or in cannabis retail preferred Experience in events, promotions, or field marketing Experience creating social media content (personal or professional) Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Natural storyteller with an eye for content and culture Comfortable on camera and behind it Highly organized with strong follow-through Self-starter who can manage their own schedule and territory Requirements Must be 21+ and compliant with NY cannabis regulations Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within NYC boroughs Ability to work evenings and weekendsPassion for cannabis, branding, and culture WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT: Work involves daily exposure to unusual elements, such as dirt, dust, fumes, extreme temperatures (hot and cold), humidity, darkness, and noise. Position requires the ability to stand; sit at a desk; walk around office and facility; lifting and carrying packages up to 50 pounds; utilizing fine dexterity; and reaching, kneeling, crawling, and twisting.
