The role manages the product roadmap, drives product enhancements and service improvements, and partners across Product, Sales, Operations, Technology, Implementation, Risk, Compliance, and Legal to deliver solutions that enhance client experience, strengthen controls, support vendor relationships, and advance payment modernization initiatives. Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of receivables, treasury, and transaction banking solutions, including Check Positive Pay, Check Image Services, Remote Deposit Capture, Lockbox, Controlled Disbursement, Print & Mail Services, fraud prevention controls, and related operating processes.
