The ideal candidate understands both the engineering and business side of the product release and is ultimately responsible for representing the end user’s needs.
What you’ll do:
•Assist in the creation of the product backlog; groom product backlog items according to availability and priority
•Write user stories and acceptance criteria, as well as explain and reinforce acceptance criteria with software / QA engineers
•Act as the advocate for the end users and clients
•Help the Scrum Master organize sprint review meetings.
•Attend sprint planning meetings.
•Clearly communicate the business requirements to the Team
•Get detail level of requirement from customers
•Build and maintain a relationship with the customer
You should have:
•1 – 3 years of experience as a product specialist/ manager / business analyst
•Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn and collaborate
•Ability to function in a fast-paced, dynamic, and sometimes ambiguous environment
•Desire to contribute to / be a part of meaningful work
•Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
Nice-to-haves:
•Preference for candidates that are Certified Scrum Product Owners (CSPO)
