Propose, lead, and drive large-scale, strategic projects (including clarifying the opportunity, defining analysis, leading data collection, assessing findings and synthesizing learnings) to drive high impact across Dr. Squatch's key goals and objectives encompassing a wide range of subject matter areas including Procurement, Fulfillment, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Inventory, Quality, etc. Dr. Squatch is looking for a Strategic Operations Associate Director who will be a key leader within the Operations department, driving strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives including service, cost, margin, and planning improvements.
