This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field and 7-10 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, digital marketing, or related field, including 3-5 years in leadership or senior specialist roles managing complex marketing technology environments and/or 9-12 years of equivalent work experience in marketing technology and operations with demonstrated innovation leadership. Deep knowledge of the marketing technology ecosystem including CMP/workflow management tools, CRM (Salesforce preferred), marketing automation (Marketo, Adobe Campaign, or similar), analytics platforms, and content management systems.
