Specialized Experience for GS 13: One year of specialized experience which includes: managing educational programs such as enrollment and eligibility to include interpreting federal laws and regulations regarding eligibility programs, evaluating the effectiveness of eligibility program operations and recommending organizational, and/or program improvements; and monitoring force structure changes and their impact on schools.
