POSITION SUMMARY: The primary responsibility of the Medical Assistant Lead is to work in collaboration with the Clinic Manager to build a strong team environment that focuses on customer and patient satisfaction while delivering kind, accurate, efficient, and timely support in a fast-paced, ever-changing clinic. Clinical duties may include taking and recording vital signs, verifying existing demographic information and patient history, documenting current medications, reasons for visit, preparing patients for examination and/or in office procedures, assisting providers with the administration of medications or treatments as directed by provider and telephone triage.
