Prepares charts for physician and nurse practitioners, ensuring that all lab, pathology, imaging, test, procedures, and surgery reports/results, along with clinic summary report are printed and available for provider to review prior to patient visit. Performs patient care activities within limits of position and under the direct supervision which may include but not limited to vital signs, obtaining height & weight, phlebotomy, and other procedures required for client health screenings.
