Knowledge of Vital Signs, the taking of clinical measurements, specifically pulse rate, temperature, respiration rate, and blood pressure, that indicate the state of a patients essential body functions. Fulfills patient care responsibilities which may include, taking vital signs, updating patient history, collecting blood, urine and stool specimens and assisting providers/nurses in the exam room.
