This position will provide supervision to assigned direct care staff, maintain consistent communication, monitor workloads, and ensure quality of services and documentation while supporting Aspire's mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities. Drug screen, TB test and extensive background checks (including Criminal History, Sex Offender Registry Search, State Central Registry Check, Education Verification, and Professional References) are required of all Aspire employees.
