As our Supervisor, Coding Professional Fee, you will supervise professional fee coders and support staff for assigned departments, overseeing coding, abstracting, and charge posting for physician services in both inpatient and outpatient settings. To be successful in this role, you will possess strong expertise in professional fee coding (inpatient/outpatient), proven supervisory and leadership skills, and the ability to manage staff, monitor productivity, and ensure compliance.
