Facilitate construction, modification, maintenance and repair of all Gift of Hope building facilities including tasks related to, but not limited to, general maintenance and improvements on all buildings and structures, grounds and plantings, plumbing, painting, lighting, custodial duties, fire/life safety, elevators, mechanical/electrical systems, parking lots, facility entrances, and equipment. Plan, organize, control, integrate and execute projects related to the construction, maintenance and repair of buildings and various features such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, landscape and custodial services; bring in appropriate resources and coordinate contracted services as needed to accomplish repairs.
