Collaborates with the Dean of Health Sciences to fulfil the college and program mission, vision, and values; Collaborates with administrators, faculty, and staff in daily oversight of the nursing programs with regard to curriculum planning, integration, and evaluation; Participate and facilitate the development of the departments systematic evaluation plans; Mentors and counsels faculty in the development and enhancement of teaching skills; Assures quality of instruction and development of faculty as educators in conjunction with the Dean of Health Sciences; Facilitate staff and faculty efforts in establishing program goals and objectives in planning and implementing the activities to achieve them; In collaboration with the Dean of Health Science and Nursing staff and faculty, support monitoring and maintenance of current and accurate course information and academic records, including syllabi, objectives, faculty and student records, and reports for accreditation.
