Required Skills: Independent patient assignment with RN support, blood product administration, central/PICC/peripheral line care, phlebotomy, IV starts and maintenance, HFNC, oxygen administration, tracheostomy care, feeding tubes, heparin protocols, pacemakers, telemetry monitoring, rapid response/code teams, isolation precautions, wound care/wound vacs, Med-Surg/Telemetry, orthopedic trauma, total joint replacements, and surgical drains. Unit: Complex care unit covering medicine, orthopedic overflow, and complex long-term patients.
