Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: High school diploma, GED or higher; 2 years of related work experience in environmental services and/or supervising others in a service-related field; valid California Driver License and excellent DMV driving record if assigned to CC8443 EVS Professional Office Buildings. Responsibilities include supervising staff by hiring, orienting, training, evaluating, and coaching; scheduling staff to meet facility needs; ensuring proper supply and equipment management; participating in quality assurance and safety programs; maintaining documentation and records; and responding to concerns promptly and professionally.
