Job Description Glenwood Behavioral Health Hospital is an 80-bed hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio, that provides inpatient and outpatient psychiatric treatment for adolescents 13-17 and adults ages 18 and older who are struggling with a mental health concern or a dual diagnosis. We do this by providing a multitude of levels of care, including detoxification, residential treatment for substance use, residential treatment for dual diagnosis, acute psychiatric inpatient hospitalization, medication-assisted treatment (MAT) services, and an array of outpatient programming options, ranging from partial hospitalization programs (PHPs) and intensive outpatient programs (IOPs) to traditional outpatient services. Partners with Clinical COE and Talent Acquisition to support clinical talent lifecycle to accelerate Clinical talent growth, including hiring of PCPs, NPs, and Medical Directors, managing, and mentoring physicians, role modeling exemplary clinical leadership. Oversees and facilitates talent development of the PCPs, NPs, and Medical Directors in his/her centers including, but not limited to leading facilitated practice (physician shadowing/coaching), conducting 1:1s with direct reports, executing leadership development plans and performance management.
