Working in close partnership with the Director of Grace Center Operations and other ASU Health simulation leaders, the Director will develop coordinated approaches to staffing, scheduling, technology, equipment, procurement, data, quality, and resource utilization across the Shufeldt School simulation enterprise. The Director will ensure operational readiness for the medical school's expanding simulation needs, including clinical skills, OSCE assessments, Transition to Clerkship, core clerkship simulations, post-clerkship simulations, procedural activities, and interprofessional simulations.
