RequirementsBS in Mechanical Electrical Optical or Laser Engineering or equivalent work experienceAt least 10 years of manufacturing engineering experienceWorking knowledge of optics OCT or swept-source lasers MEMS devices or optoelectronic device processing preferredHands-on skills with electro-optical equipment such as optical spectrum analyzers OSAs oscilloscopes and power meters preferredSolid problem-solving skills based on design of experiment characterization and thorough data analysisExcellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as strong organizational skills with superior attention to detailStrong organizational skills with the ability to self-direct and work with minimal supervisionFamiliarity with software-based testing such as VB.NET and Labview is a plusKnowledge of Power BI is a plusSix SigmaLean Manufacturing experience is a plus.
