Essential Functions: Coordinates workflow related to all aspects of laboratory support services to include processing, phlebotomy, specimen transport, supply distribution, patient registration, and customer service. In addition, working as the Lab Lead you will ensure that all testing results are reported within the required time frame, assist with safety training, resolves personnel issues, and provide input and documentation for performance reviews.
