This role provides oversight, mentorship, and performance management for an interdisciplinary team of Nurse Practitioners (NPs), Physician Assistants (PAs), collaborating physicians, care coordinators, and other team members, in the delivery of primary care to homebound and medically complex patients. The CRMO ensures high-quality, evidence-based care; supports clinical operations; partners closely with regional operational leaders; and maintains accountability for clinical outcomes, quality, compliance, patient safety, and provider experience.
