Full-time DAYS: 24-bed Med-Surg unit cares for diverse adult acute & post-op patients in a highly collaborative, high-communication team with strong interdisciplinary rounds, helping-hands culture, respect/inclusion, & coaching for new nurses. Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the patient's medical condition, treatment plan, medications, possible side effects, and follow-up measures, ensuring complete understanding by translating complex medical terminology.
