Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of professional nursing experience; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; experience with infusion services, inpatient and outpatient oncology, immunotherapy, oncology symptom management, port care, antibiotics, antiemetics, care coordination, patient education, and recognition and management of altered mental status and skin or mucous membrane changes; electronic health record charting experience required. The role includes coordinating oncology care, monitoring electronic health record messages, processing refill requests, providing patient and family education, recognizing abnormal laboratory values, and managing treatment-related side effects.
