Responsible for assessment of and therapeutic intervention with any QRTP clients-- with goals of assisting clients in adjustment to shelter living, identifying and understanding respective issues that create distress, facilitating communication and support with/from families, identifying additional needs and providing crisis intervention as needed. The Clinical Therapist works effectively with all agency staff, members, volunteers, clients & families, human service providers, law enforcement, juvenile court(s), schools, and the community at-large to promote a positive, productive ethical culture.
