Provides medicine reviews during office visits as well as updates to medical history, surgical history, allergy updates and social history along with assisting the provider to address specialized alerts set-up in the EMR (i.e. Cancer screenings, eye exams, PHQ-9 assessments, immunizations, labs that are due, etc.). Provides pre- and post-procedural nursing care to patients including administration of medication, point of care lab tests, venipuncture, EKGs, vision and hearing screens and assessment of patient’s status and development.
