Document all pertinent/relevant observations, red flags, incidents, interventions, communication with the resident’s responsible party, physician ( as necessary), clinical procedures and daily medication assistance/care throughout the shift as indicated and no later than by the end of each shift. Hired candidates will be required to successfully complete a criminal background check, valid references, pre-employment drug test, physical and proof of employment eligibility.
