These tasks may include but are not limited to non-sterile compounding, sterile compounding, hazardous compounding, stocking automated dispensing cabinets, unit dose drug preparation, delivering medications to patient care areas, checking medication storage areas for outdates, billing, and other duties as assigned. The Pharmacy Technician II has a breadth of skills to allow rotation through 4 or more of these areas, as defined by facility needs: Main Pharmacy, Pyxis, CII Safe, Sterile Compounding, Non Sterile compounding, Hazardous Compounding, and Controlled Substance Tech duties.
